Prospect Management and MI Analyst recruitment
About the role
Barclays is looking for a Prospect Management and MI Analyst to support the Prospect Manager and Client Intelligence Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving and streamlining process, creating automation of repetitive tasks and providing a key point of contact to the Front Office for related enquiries.
Responsible for the completion of data analytics using SQL you will evaluate, and provide suggestions for improvements, design new cost effective systems and ensure you contribute successfully to the departments overall objectives which is to reduce attrition and maximise performance.
Strong communication skills are required to effectively liaise with a variety of colleagues in different business areas such as Infrastructure, Front Office, and Commercial Banking. Key clients include Private Bankers, Finance, Business Development and the Senior Management Team
About you
You be required to have advanced Excel skills; advanced SQL; advanced VBA; and strong MS Access capability. You will have strong attention to detail, excellent understanding of databases, and CRM systems, ideally in MS Dynamics, Teradata, MS SQL; and will have knowledge of workflow design and implementation, using tools such as Sharepoint and Infopath.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and numerical abilities in conjunction with good market knowledge and the ability to organise themselves and their time effectively.
