23k Base plus OTE
My client are a young, growing ambitious Financial Services organisation based in Brighton who are looking to hire an experienced Protection Advisor capable of targeting protection-based financial products such as Life Assurance, Income Protection and Critical Illness Cover to high value customers by optimising a powerful mix of leads that are proactively converted.
To be considered for this exciting career opportunity you must be qualified have experience selling Protection products as you will be responsible for taking potential clients through a new business process designed to understand the client's needs, offer suitable solutions and conclude the sale.
As the role will involve providing advice to consumers on FSA regulated 'life protection' products a FSA 'competent individual' is required who can demonstrate at least six months 'competent adviser' status in life protection within the previous two years, i.e. selling Life Insurance in an advised capacity.
The ideal candidate must have:
- FSA regulated - CF1 or RO5
- Minimum 12 months experience 'selling Life Insurance in an advised capacity.
- Flexible pragmatic
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet targets
- Good prioritising and organisational skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Positive attitude Excellent communication skills
