Protection Adviser
My client are a large global banking organisation with a reputation for offering good customer service and highly competitive products to their customers. A vacancy has been identified within the Aberdeen branch for a qualified and experienced Protection Adviser.
Your role will involve working alongside the Mortgage Advisers to ensure that anyone borrowing from my client are well informed on their needs for protection products. You will then take this opportunity to promote relevant products and services to the customer. You will be expected to work closely with the rest of the branch to ensure that a high level of service is offered at every stage of the customer journey. You must provide responsible and considered advice at all times whilst building lasting relationships with customers and securing future business.
Candidates must either be fully RO5 qualified, have their Level 4 diploma or CeFA 1, 2 and 3.
Alongside a detailed understanding of protection products you must have excellent communication skills and be capable of adapting your approach to suit any customer.
