Basic circa £23k plus 12k bonus - £35k OTE (Uncapped Commission)

Based in the centre ofBrightonthey are looking for a 'Senior Adviser' ('Protection Adviser') with experience of selling Life and Protection products in the FS market.

The 'Protection Advisor' will be able to demonstrate a track record of selling protection-based financial products such as Life Insurance, Income Protection and Critical Illness Cover.

This company is building a new brand dedicated to helping consumers understand protection products in a simple and clear way, making important personal and family decisions easier. Customers will therefore have the best available cover at the best price as a 'whole of market' approach is offered.

Leads will be generated from a number of sources and you will engage with customers over the telephone and discuss their financial protection requirements. The goal is for advisers to:

Listen to customers

Learn about their needs

Advise on the best solution

The role will be focused on sales initially but the right candidates can develop into mentoring and leadership/management positions once the company grows in line with the business plan.

As the role will involve providing advice to consumers on FSA regulated 'life protection' products all applicants must demonstrate at least six months of selling protection on an advised basis within the previous two years.
