Protection Live Chat Customer Service Adviser Job in Norwich, Anglia UK

We have two vacancies for Customer Service Adviser within the Aviva customer management team. You'll make outbound calls and take inbound calls to and from internal and external customers. You'll manage each customers' requirements/expectations from end to end.

You'll also guide online customers through the application process and answer queries relating to products. And all the time maximising customer experience, minimising customer complaints and maintaining agreed service levels.

The working pattern will include shifts. Shifts will be 9-5, 10-6. 11-7 and potentially 12-8.

You will be educated to GCSE Grade C and have experience of working in a call centre environment. and we will reward you with a competitive salary and benefits package.
