Job Description
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation for all the protection products
- Liaise with all Asia offices in carrying out different tasks
- Delivering accurate protection product information to clients
- Resolve client’s enquirers or complaints with high quality services
- Proactively giving feedbacks and suggestions for improvement in services
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder with relevant discipline
- At least 3 years experience within the banking or insurance industry
- Familiar with all range of protection products such as life insurance, term insurance, critical illness and riders
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
