Provider Relations Representative Job in Boston, Massachusetts US

Position Summary:

This position works from home and regularly travels to these areas in the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut:

Boston, Cambridge, Quincy

Providence, New Bedford, Fall River

Hartford, West Hartford, East Hartford

Worcester, Springfield

Provides education and training for network providers, staff, suppliers, physicians, beneficiaries and referral agents as necessary.
Develops and produces all training and educational materials.

Required Education Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any major and two years of experience in health care customer service, claims processing, education/training, provider relations, health care-related environment or a combination of experience OR high school diploma and seven years of experience in health care customer service, claims processing, education/training, provider relations, health care-related environment or a combination of experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software

Ability to evaluate progress in addition to actual delivery of training sessions
Ability to use standard office equipment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or other word processing/spreadsheet software
