Provider Relations Representative

Position Description: ~ Making inbound and receiving outbound calls working with Network Providers for an assigned region. ~ Initiate contact and identify potential providers by geographic and specialty needs and update database. ~Coordinate with internal departments and contracted providers to implement and maintain contract compliance. Job Requirements: ~ Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. ~ Provider Relations experience in a hospital or physicians office or medical billing experience. ~ Familiar with State and/or Federal health care programs such as Medicare/Medicaid preferred.
