Provider Relations Representative Job in Richmond, Virginia US

Position Summary:

This position works from home and regularly travels to Washington D.C., and these areas in the states of Virginia and Maryland:

Arlington, Alexandria

Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Newport News

Baltimore, Towson

Richmond

Provides education and training for network providers, staff, suppliers, physicians, beneficiaries and referral agents as necessary.
Develops and produces all training and educational materials.

Required Education Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any major and two years of experience in health care customer service, claims processing, education/training, provider relations, health care-related environment or a combination of experience OR high school diploma and seven years of experience in health care customer service, claims processing, education/training, provider relations, health care-related environment or a combination of experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or other word processing/spreadsheet software
