Provisioning and Mobile Support Advisor – up to £16,000 pro rata– Nelson, Lancashire
The Role
The Customer Service Representative role is an extremely important position that will act as the link between the customer and Spiritel. The Customer Service Representative will ensure customers receive the highest levels of service. The CSR will be responsible for the daily duties that need to be processed whilst also providing support to the Spiritel Desk based account managers. The CSR will be the point of contact for updates on deals and their progress.
The Person
· Deal quickly and efficiently with customer orders, enquiries and complaints by phone, or email
· Processing credit checks on new customer accounts
· Inputting of Data into our Database
· Develop good working relationships with the customers to generate referrals and recommendations
· Provisioning customer orders, keeping customers and sales team informed of delays and estimated completion dates.
· Managing own workload with minimum supervision to enable you to identify any possible delays or complications and plan strategies to avoid or minimise them.
· Develop and implement new systems, procedures or working practices to improve customer service efficiency
· Process all order requests through Nvision.
· Support to account managers and customers through a central mailbox
The Essentials
· Strong sense of urgency in meeting customer needs.
· Very strong personal communication skills – must have the ability to work well with all levels within the organization.
· Must be a self-starter who assertively takes on challenging responsibilities and holds self ultimately accountable for results and performance.
· Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
· Have the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
· Computer literacy
· Experience of working in a busy processing team
· Mobile handset knowledge would be of benefit
· Experience of building cross functional relationships
