Proxy Voting Manager recruitment
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a small team of specialist staff
- Act as a point of reference for the business areas supported
- Attend client calls and meetings as subject matter expert
- Mitigate financial and reputational risk
- Ensure all regulatory and market requirements are adhered to
- Production of MI reports
- Controlling procedures
To apply for this position you will have:
- Relevant market knowledge
- Experience within Prime Brokerage, Corporate Actions or Asset Services.
- Strong management background
- Knowledge of market practices and requirements such as beneficial owner markets, POA requirements, instruction processing via SWIFT, EUCLID, via vendor platforms- Proxy Edge/Proxy Exchange, CREST and DTCC
