PSL (KM Attorney) 1+
Our client is a leading international US firm that is now looking to bolster its London practice with the recruitment of a talented Professional Support Lawyer/ Knowledge Management attorney.
You will join a renowned legal support team, and will focus on assisting the firm's MA, capital markets, finance and litigation/ arbitration practices. You will have a broad role that will include developing and maintaining the KM resources infrastructure, reviewing external developments in the law, providing guidance on standard form documents and transactional know-how, and assisting in the education and training for both qualified fee-earners and trainees. As such, a mixed and varied workload is promised from the outset.
The successful applicant will have excellent academics, strong technical skills, and demonstrable experience in MA, capital markets and/or finance derived from a quality City firm. Previous PSL/ KM experience is not essential; however top interpersonal skills and confidence in guiding fellow fee-earners is a must. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a truly global presence. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
