The Bozzuto Concierge delivers a superior customer experience and contributes to achieving and increasing the property?s targeted resident retention goal by building a sense of community for the residents of Bozzuto?s luxury apartment homes. Our expectations of you in this role: 1. Superior Customer Service Know and acknowledge residents by name. Stand and greet customers/residents/guests Answer phones by the 3 rd ring with the designated warm and friendly greeting. Utilize outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Remain calm, professional and courteous when handling situations where residents or vendors may be upset or dissatisfied. Resolve and/or follow up on resident needs to include assisting residents with directions, securing transportation, theatre tickets, dinner reservations etc. Immediately direct service requests to maintenance team and escalate issues as appropriate to management. 2. Build a sense of community. Attend Chamber meetings Become an expert on community attractions and local amenities. Provide recommendations to residents. Create and manage monthly community calendar Be an ambassador for the Bozzuto brand Actively participate in social media opportunities Attend all resident events. Establish Signature Services and build quarterly. 3. Manage front desk. Log and audit packages daily. Complete service request call backs. Close service requests daily in the community?s software i.e. Yardi, One Site etc. Maintain accurate key control log and manage online system for resident/guest access to elevators, club areas etc. Update communication log daily by shift. Communicate effectively and timely with office and maintenance team. Keep front desk clean and organized.
