P/T Payroll Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to join a Bureau based in West Lothian. My client is looking for an experienced payroller to join a growing team and work with a variety of clients processing payroll on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis. You will be expected to work 21 hours per week over 3 days.

You will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of clients, will be the direct point of contact for your clients and will deal with all client queries. You will be processing payroll from start to finish on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis. You will be assisting with the RTI, new starts, leavers, changes to hours, SSP, SMP, calculation of overtime and auto enrolment.

It is essential that you have a good payroll background and preferable if you have experience working within a Bureau environment. You will need to be organised, understand the importance of payroll deadlines and have previous experience of managing your own work load and being able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
