PART TIME PPI COMPLAINT HANDLER
Monday - Friday
17:30 - 22:30
£11 per hour PAYE
6 month contract, possibility of becoming permanent.

The complaint handler will deal with complaints resulting from the mis-selling of PPI, taking into account any risks to the company's reputation and ensuring that these complaints are handled in accordance with the Financial Services Authority time-scales.
