ConocoPhillips? repositioning is subject to market conditions, customary regulatory approvals, the receipt of an affirmative ruling from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, the execution of separation and intercompany agreements and final board approval. This position will reside within the Real Estate and Facilities Services organization of the future Phillips66, the downstream company. : Real Estate and Facilities Services (REFS) is a leader in blending global expertise for corporate real estate activities to create innovative workplace solutions and facility services that optimize customer performance around the world. Responsibilities may include: Project support for real estate and right of way activities for oil gas production assets and commercial real estate holdings. This will include knowledge of processes and office systems used in support (Tobin, SAP, draft system, business objects, etc.) Processing surface damage claim payments Interaction with internal and external business customers in support of agents. Coordination of document records retention activities on behalf of the organization. Preparation of analytical reports for management Training professional and administrative staff on processes and procedures Other general administrative activities as necessary
