ELITE REHABILITATIVE SERVICES is part of a top quality long term healthcare system, Spring Creek Rehabilitation Health Care Center, serving the Central Susquehanna Valley.
We are based in Harrisburg, PA (near the Harrisburg East Mall) and have more than 400 beds in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility and more than 300 employees.
We offer a comprehensive and therapeutic treatment program to assist residents of both long and short term care in reaching their fullest positional. Services offered range from physical, speech and occupational therapies.
The licensed therapy team works with the residents to create and develop an individuated care plan tailored to each residents specific needs.
Due to our expanding client base, we are currently we are seeking qualified PT's, OT's, PTA's, COTA's and Speech Therapists for full-time part time positions in our skilled nursing facility in the Harrisburg, PA area.
