Public Accounting - Seniors / Supervisors (Tax/Audit)
Unique public accounting firm in Charlottesville is searching for Senior Accountants and/or Supervisors to join their team. They are looking for candidates with 1-8 years of either Tax, General Accounting, or Audit experience in public accounting. This small firm is an excellent place to work and has a great culture with a "family" type of atmosphere. They operate in a variety of industries/specialties including manufacturing, construction, real estate, non-profit, employee benefit plans, high net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and more.
This firm truly cares about your quality of life and makes strides to help you balance work and life. For example, the firm has a cap on hours of 55 per week during busy season, offers 32 hour work weeks from April-June 30th, and 40 hours during the remainder of the year.
