Reporting to the Head of Marketing for day to day management and with reporting lines to the CEO and Board, responsibilities centre around management of strategic and tactical external communications to support the brand development to stakeholders and the broader community.
You will utilise a combination of traditional communications and PR methods as well as new social media strategies to support the group's objectives. This will be across a range of activities including high level strategic planning, events management and preparing written material for print, online and social media.
With relevant tertiary qualifications, your PR / Communications experience must demonstrate/include:
- Extensive experience managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Maturity, confidence and presence to act as a media spokesperson for the group
- Ideally, a background in Financial or Professional services
- Event Management with a community bias
- Initiative, commercial acumen, the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities
