Job description
This role is responsible for successful delivery of BAO Business Intelligence solutions and services in a client consulting environment.
The Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist is directly accountable/responsible for successful delivery of BAO technology initiatives and will need to understand business challenges translate them into process/technical solutions while managing client relationships within the context of their role.
The Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist codes and tests software based upon software specifications and designs, uses sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is modifiable efficient, reliable, understandable, and fault tolerant and provides software process management and control throughout the coding portion of the software development process.
Position requires candidates to be able travel up to 100%.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in implementing and/or using applications
- At least 3 years experience in leading and delivering Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse technology projects (specifically reporting)
- At least 3 years experience in leading and developing project deliverables using formal/structured methodology
- At least 3 years experience in leading a team of BI report developers.
- At least 3 years experience in working with business and end user communities
- At least 3 years experience in implementing and/or using reporting applications
- At least 3 years experience in using SQL and OBIEE
- At least 3 years experience in report design and dimensional modeling
- At least 3 years experience in working with BI Infrastructure.
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Fluent
