IBM Global Business Services is hiring new management consultants for its Public Sector Financial Management consulting group. We are looking for qualified candidates to join our growing Financial Management practice. Consultants will perform a range of functions for DoD other public sector clients, including financial analysis, auditing, financial statement compilation, general ledger accounting, business process analysis reengineering, SAP/ERP systems work, internal control reviews, cost management, budgeting, statistical data analysis, and general process improvement.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Federal Financial Management.
- At least 3 years experience in Federal ERP.
- Security clearance of DoD Secret clearance
- Readiness to travel Up to 3 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Master's Degree
- At least 9 years experience in Federal Financial Management.
- At least 4 years experience in Federal ERP.
- Certified in CPA
- Certified in CGFM
- Certified in PMP
- Security clearance of Secret - Active
- English : Intermediate
