Pump and Power Marketing Specialist
Position Objective: Manage, coordinate and assist with the design, development and execution of sales and marketing programs on a national, regional and local level for the Pump Power Specialty Division. Programs may include, but not be limited to brand planning and development, advertising, direct mail, trade show support, customer and employee events, on-line marketing, and customer analysis. In addition, this position will provide part-time support for the planning and coordination of trade show and travel initiatives (approximately 25%). Position Responsibilities: Work with the Pump Power managers and Sales Support Marketing on development and execution of marketing programs designed to support Pump Power field based sales efforts Assist in the analysis of customer data to support marketing programs and guide development of new programs Become familiar with ROI measurement and apply to specific programs Assist, coordinate and execute national, regional and local media activity supporting Pump Power marketing Assist in the development and release of internal and external communication for Pump Power initiatives Assist in the development and execution of national, regional and local Pump Power management meetings Work with Pump Power field managers in assigned territories to recommend and fulfill local marketing needs Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and corporate travel Other duties as assigned by manager Limited travel required Education and Requirements BS in marketing, business or journalism and a minimum of two year's experience in a marketing role or directly related field Years Experience: 2+ We offer competitive pay and benefits, 401(K)Plan with Matching, Training and Monthly Profit Sharing based on profitability.
