Purchasing Manager / Buyer
Reporting To:
Commercial Manager
Scope:
Responsible and accountable for the day to day running of the Purchasing Department incorporating agreed business initiatives to ensure business excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
To ensure achievement of stock turn and stock availability
To control stock investment to within budget within any restraints of cash flow
Develop and strategise the Purchasing Department
Training and Development of team members
Supplier consolidation and negotiation working with the Commercial Manager
