Job Title; Purchase Ledger Assistant

Due to an internal restructure and an expansion of the division we are looking to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant

 

Reporting to the Head of the Department and working as part of a Team the role will include;

 

- daily Coding, Batching and Posting of Invoices in a high volume environment that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

 

- allocate Invoices to correct Supplier and Cost Centre

 

- maintain accurate Supplier records at all times

 

- extensive involvement with Query Management and Resolution

 

- assist with preparation of Payment Runs and Manual Cheques

 

- ad hoc duties
