They are currently recruiting for an experience Purchase Ledger Clerk, the role will include: communicating with suppliers to resolve queries, receiving and processing invoices – matching invoices with the relevant GRN’s, producing month end balance sheet reconciliations for the AP function, ensuring purchase orders are in place and chasing up invoices, preparing supplier payment runs through ‘CHAPS’ ‘BACS’, uploading payroll expenses, reviewing and ensuring Purchase Requisitions Orders meet company authorization standards, reconciling supplier statements and reviewing and investigating supplier debit balances.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys working in purchase ledger to carry out a varied role where you can manage your own time and workload. You must be experienced in all aspects of purchase ledger and experience and be able to work with little direct management.
