Job – Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location – Sheffield
£9 per hour

Hays Accountancy Finance are delighted to be working in partnership with a major Sheffield employer to recruit an experience Purchase Ledger Clerk on a short term temporary basis. The organisation I am working with is an international organisation and they are continuously expanding. They are currently seeking an exceptional Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy department. The successful candidate can look forward to a challenging and interesting job within a fast paced business sector.

Duties will include:

· Matching, Batching and Coding Invoices
· Processing Invoices
· Data entry
· Checking for errors, accurate coding
· Responding to quires
· Other ad hoc duties

They will be able to process a high volume of invoices both accurately and efficiently with attention to detail. Experience with SAP would be ideal, even if at basic level.

Hays Accountancy Finance are seeking applications from candidates who will have previous experience within Purchase Ledger and an understanding of accounting processes and procedures, good IT/Systems skills are also important including experience of excel and the ability to work to targets and deadlines is essential.
