Purchase Ledger Clerk Job in Mansfield, Midlands Uk

Chase and Holland are currently working on a 6 month maternity cover in Mansfield for an ambitious firm. Working as part of a small accounts team you will be responsible for the purchase ledger.

Your duties will include:

-Posting all purchase invoices onto the system
-To prepare the purchase ledger payments
-Responsible for preparing a purchase invoice accrual list at month end
-To administrator and post all credit card invoices
-To process all Foreign currency invoices
-To reconcile supplier statements
-Prepare aged creditor list at month end
-Ad-hoc duties where required
