Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temp to Perm)

My client is a specialist in what they do and they stand out from the crowd by ensuring that each and every one of their customers is given specialist and individual care and attention.  They work in a crowed market but stand out by loving what they do and having over 25 years experience in their field.

Their finance department is getting busier by the day and with some internal staff promotions, we are now looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join them.
This is a classic purchase ledger job including matching invoices to purchase orders, coding, inputting to the ledger, passing for payment, releasing cheque and BACS payments and reconciling statements.
We are looking for someone to start on a part-time temporary basis (working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 5pm) but within 3 months, we expect the role to become permanent.

If you have at least 12 months experience in purchase ledger work and can see the benefits of "try before you buy" working, this could be exactly the right opportunity for you.
