An opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger / Studio Assistant to join a leading architect firm with high end projects based on a global scale located in Central London.

Key responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger / Studio Assistant role will include:
• Control of purchase ledger
• Categorisation of suppliers
• Expenses
• Daily/ Monthly Reconciliations
• Purchaser of office consumables - research costs/order/reconcile payments on cards
• Provide monthly cost analysis of these expense accounts
• Scanning and filing
• Setting a up meeting rooms
• Stock control
• Stationary order
• Administration support

The ideal Purchase Ledger / Studio Assistant will possess the following attributes/skills:
• Systems knowledge (Access knowledge preferable, not essential). Some systems knowledge is essential
• Prior experience as accounts payable clerk
• Worked within a finance team in industry/commerce before
• Ability to communicate and liaise with suppliers and staff over invoices/expenses
• Ability to multi task, prioritise workload and deliver to tight deadlines
• A flexible attitude and a strong team ethic

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in accounts payable and who enjoys a variety in a role who is able to work between the two different roles within the one organisation.
