Purchase Ledger Supervisor - This is an excellent opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join an established and growing, multi-site retail company that owns a number of outlets at prestigious locations across the UK. The Purchase Ledger Supervisor will work within its central finance team and have full responsibility for the Accounts Payable function. Overseeing a team of 2 Purchase Ledger Clerks you will responsible ensuring correct coding and batching of invoices, payment runs, improving systems and procedures, resolving internal and external supplier queries, multi currency payments, managing staff expenses and month end procedures. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within a high volume environment as well first-rate man management and technical expertise, together with strong communication skills.
