Purchase ledger Supervisor Job in Manchester, North West UK
BTG Recruitment is currently representing a rapidly expanding leisure business based in the city centre of Manchester in their search for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to work on a 12 month maternity cover contract.
The successful candidate will need to have supervised teams previously and have a track record of developing people within the teams that they have managed. This individual will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate that they can liaise with different departments and customers. The duties for this role will include:-
Supervising the purchase ledger team and their duties
Liaise closely with the rate query department
Management of supplier reconciliations
Assisting new starters and training and developing staff
Assisting with the preparation and processing of supplier payments at period end
Ensuring remittance advices are sent out in the appropriate format
Salary for this position is anything between 20,000 - £23,000 + additional benefits.
