Purchase Order Manager / Consultant recruitment
Purchase Order Manager / Consultant - £250 - £300 / day - based in London - you must be eligible to work in the UK - Leading global banking brand
Leading global banking brand is looking for an experienced Purchase Order consultant to operate and manage the purchase order process, manage the off shore team and be a SAP and Hyperion system champion.
On a day to day basis you can expect to be involved in remits such as -
* Oversee and managed the complete end to end Head office purchase order approval and execution process
* Raise purchase order's on demand by internal customers
* Be the on shore lead for all interaction with offshore colleagues in regards to intercompany recharge process, master data change process, financial control diary and activities
* Manage and review the offshore teams quality of hand in's and deliverables
* Maintain and operate SAP + Hyperion to ensure fit for purpose systems and datasets for reporting, planning and analysis
* Own the submission of Head Office RAF, MTP and STP data into the group legal entity systems and functional reporting systems
Preferred experience would include a number of years of on shore / off shore purchase order experience from within the Banking / FS sector, a strong working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion and a good understanding of system logic and data sets - functionality and limitation.
