Purchase to Pay Project Co-Ordinator

Hays are recruiting an experienced Purchase to Pay Programme Support Co-ordinator to work for the NHS in Sheffield. They will provide project management support to all the work-streams identified as part of the Trust's Purchase to Pay Project.

The role will involve looking at future financial systems infrastructure, coding structures, delegation and authorisation structure, E-requisitioning and E-invoicing. The Programme Support Co-ordinator will undertake planning activities, programme monitoring and co-ordination tasks, project risk and issues identification, monitoring and management, and support the Programme Manager on negotiation and conflict management activity. The required deliverables must be achieved within the defined quality, time and cost restraints.

You will have experience in project management methodology working on a major financial system. You must have demonstrable experience of training in the delivery of new working approaches following system re-design. Experience in budget management is essential as well as excellent negotiation and influencing skills. You must have good IT skills including the use of the MS Office package.
