About the Job
- Coordinate the administration process ensuring all appropriate information is collated and the structure is in place for pre-production
- Manage both purchase and works orders ensuring communication flow
- Work closely with the manufacturing and productions team covering all administration
- Maintain orders for general maintenance and operation of the facilities
- Maintain the database system as well as tracking of progress
- Manage inventory control and month end procedures
- Maintain great relationships with all stakeholders- both internal and external
- Solid procurement background
- Experience within the construction and/or mining industry is preferred
- Great people skills with the ability to build strong relationships; maintain great communication both verbal and written
- Solid MS office skills, with a large focus on MS Excel
- Extensive problem solving capabilities with strong initiative and a proactive approach
