· ability to discern when to push internally and externally to achieve expected results, ability to facilitate corporation between supplier and other CNH functions such as engineering and SQE
· adaptable to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
· travel periodically to suppliers and CNH plants, both domestic and international travel may be required
· Familiarity with AS400 based system a plus.
