Job Description Job Classification: Contract Aerotek has partnered up with a local manufacturing company in seek of a Purchasing Specialist. Duties Include: -To order, schedule, and maintain proper inventory levels of all non-whole goods inventory for branches in the western USA. -Purchases parts and accessories as required for branches in the USA. -Coordinates and tracks shipments from suppliers to branches. -Analyzes and recommends adjustments to the flow and storage of current and future products, parts, and accessories inventories. -Set up and maintenance of all product kits for all branches. -Coordinates receipt of product, parts, and accessories through manual and EDI systems. -Responsible for set-up and configuration of branch sales forecasting and warehouse logistics programs.
