Job Summary

• The business analyst provides support primarily to the Structured Lending Business Manager.  Also provides support to the COO Lending team in the day to day operations of the PWM Lending Group as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Acts as support and/or back up to the Business Manager

• Responsible for providing month end management and ad hoc reporting related to the loan portfolio to various groups at the Bank

• Responsible for the monthly GVA and RWA processes

• Work with controllers to confirm accuracy  of  revenue and asset management reporting

• Maintain internal spreadsheets and databases as needed

• Assist with collateral and margin call issues.

• Interact with lenders, CRM and Senior Management in day to day operations

• Create efficiencies in current processes and procedures

Job Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of banking or finance industry experience

• General knowledge of lending, banking regulations and related processes

• Strong qualitative and quantitative skills

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize time sensitive tasks in an efficient manner

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

• Strong aptitude to learn new concepts models

• Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and contribute to a team environment

• Solid interpersonal skills
