This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading Wealth Management firm with a strong regional footprint in Asia. The successful candidate will act as a team leader and assist in supporting a small to mid-sized sub-group that is responsible for Client Services, Account documentation, Client Onboarding, KYC or Account Maintenance. The teams provide critical support to the Client Advisors therefore accuracy and service levels are essential.
The successful candidate will be a strong people manager and will lead by example to support all documentation and client data processing requirements. You will be required to build strong relationships with internal clients as well as ensure adherence to the regulations and the firm's internal policies. You will be responsible for managing a small to medium sized team, managing their performance reviews, day-to-day work and career progression. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will proactively update and monitor procedures and systems to strive for advancement. From time to time you may be required to engage in project work such as UAT and cross border initiatives.
To qualify, Individuals must possess:
- Strong management experience, having lead a team of 4+ previously
- 6+ years Wealth Management experience
- Experience in an Operations / Middle Office role within Wealth Management
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential
- Static Data, Client Services, Client onboarding or KYC experience is preferred
