Q.A. Inspector Job in Reading 19610, Pennsylvania US
Q. A. Inspector will perform inspection and testing activities on incoming components, in-process components, or packaged product.
Verifies compliance to applicable specifications prior to release to the next operation to the component stockroom.
Ensures compliance to company policies and procedures, Q.S.R. and ISO requirements in the manufacturing departments.
Position Requirements
Abilties:
Knowledge of total manufacturing processes and completion of measurement workshop would be helpful.
Records and maintains all inpection and test results. Records shall be legible and kept in an orderly fashion.
Identifies, documents and releases components or product meeting specification to stock or to the next internal operation.
Assists in the inspection and analysis of quality problems within the assigned area of responsibility, and recommends corrective action when applicable.
Ensures complieance to company policies and procedures.
Must be able to communicate well with others and maintain neat and accurate records.
Tools and Machines:
Must be able to properly use all inspection, measuring and test equipment in the company and be able to use a computer.
