Description
Test all New Releases. Test all Service Packs, Hot Fix Releases and Jet Fixes as requested. Recreate issues in multiple environments. Publish Knowledge Base Articles. Build out regression test bed, including creating new test plans for gap items, saving test plan results, automating test cases, formalizing documentation for the test plan, training others including the offshore team, and adding to regression bed (saving new baselines). Support current implementations and upgrades.
Qualifications
Experience with MS Office and SQL Server. Ability to learn STAR or PACE systems and apply knowledge in the QA capacity. Knowledge of financial and accounting processing. Ability to apply finance knowledge to test and support accounting software. 3-5 years experience required. BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
