QA DIRECTOR wanted for INNOVATIVE BIO-PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY
We are an international bio-pharmaceutical company with our headquarters based in Belgium. We have a strong industry experience and today we are about to launch a unique, leading and innovative product on the market (US Europe). To help us we are looking to hire a new Quality Assurance Director.
As the new Quality Assurance Director, you will be responsible for:
The overall QA strategy
Budget management
People management
Building QA awareness within the company
Authorities inspections with GxP and pharmacovigilance
Conducting audits
Ensuring regular contact with vendors
Building and implementation of quality manual and SOP's
Training of staff
Your profile:
Scientific Degree (pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biotechnology…)
+/- 10 years of experience in QA within a bio-pharmaceutical company
Fluent in English (any other language is an asset)
Proven experience in a similar function
Strategic
Analytical
Leadership skills
Well organized
Excellent interpersonal skills
