QA Intern/Co-op - Enterpise System Development
Job description This is an excellent opportunity to join IBM- System Networking Group in the Data Center space. The job involves working on a cutting edge server access switch. You will be part of an experienced team working on a next generation data center products. Work involves providing constant feedback to hardware and software teams for improvements. Required High School Diploma/GED Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Basic knowledge in L2 switches/routers hands-on At least 6 months experience in L3 Switching protocols (IPv4, IPv6) like OSPF, BGP, PIM, MLD, IGMP At least 6 months experience in In-depth knowledge of internals of L2 Switching equipments. At least 6 months experience in L2 Switching protocols like VLAN/STP/MSTP/RSTP/LACP Basic knowledge in testing ACLs, QoS, high availability components English : Fluent Additional information Software/Software QA Intern will be responsible for applying testing methodologies, create, execute automate test cases; perform integration system testing; bug tracking and report generation for software features enhancements including VLAN/Spanning tree protocol/Link Aggregation Control Protocol; participate in design discussions.
