QA Lead
The canididate will need the following essential skills:
· Significant experience in Quality Assurance/Health Check roles and/or leading QA teams
· Technology knowledge and expertise
· Experience of Quality Frameworks and Management
· Customer and service orientation to support interaction with team resources and clients
· Performance and productivity oriented to drive quality Programme performance and delivery within DB
· Previous program and project management experience
· Experience of defining and driving program structure, success factors and Quality Assurance standards
· Experience of managing, reporting, planning and resourcing across multiple projects
· Experience of implementing process improvement across the Software Development Lifecycle.
· Experience of financial management and budgeting processes
· Experience of vendor and contract management
· Proven experience with Risk Management and Control policies and procedures
· Previous experience working effectively in globally diverse teams and matrixed organizations
· Holds self and others accountable for achieving results that embody the principles of diversity and DB’s values
· Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members
· Demonstrated ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results
Has knowledge of infrastructure architecture landscape and dependencies
The framework is in place, however the client needs a reporting facility, knowledge of clarity or similar is an advantage.
