QA Project Manager / Technical Project Manager / Wealth Management / Test Management / Release Management / Quality Assurance / Investment Bank
We are looking for a strong technical project manager with a depth of experience to manage the Change Services team for the UK Wealth Management technology team. This team incorporates test management, management of test environments and release management. The team also manage technical projects such as upgrades of declining technologies.
The candidate will be required to take an active role in the creation of a quality Software Development Lifecycle, helping to build development process that will integrate this new London-based development function into a global solutions delivery team
The successful candidate will have proven experience of successfully managing QA, test environments release processes.
Candidates will need to demonstrate strong capabilities in the following skills.
Strong technical background
Strong project management skills
Proactive leadership skills, including influence and change management, with strong people management skills
Business results and delivery oriented
The candidate will be required to take an active role in the creation of a quality Software Development Lifecycle, helping to build development process that will integrate this new London-based development function into a global solutions delivery team
Technical Requirements
Excellent planning and project skills and an ability to demonstrate both bottom-up and top-down approach to planning
