Summary
Responsible for the testing, trouble shooting and repair of digital and analog equipment. Follows standard test protocols and validate equipment performance to specifications. Identifies and repairs functional issues for product to meet acceptance criteria.

Understanding testing and repair of both analog and digital high fidelity products.
Skills/Abilities
Able to work independently with minimal guidance when given detailed instructions. Able to read schematics, use various electronic test equipment, including but not limited to voltage meters. Able to troubleshoot electronic boards, both thru- hole and surface mount, to the component level.
Language-
Ability to read, write and understand English proficiently.
Reasoning-
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety variables in situations where only limited documentation exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer-
Understand and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office. Other software experience includes
Education/Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in electronics test and repair or 2 years of experience and graduation in electronics repair from an accredited vocational school. Work experience must include work repairing surface-mount PCBs.
