QA Web Tester Job in Cupertino 95014, California US

Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Web Developer on assignment with a leading company in Cupertino, CA.

QA Web Tester
This role will have responsibility for pre-launch testing and post-launch validation of new and updated web sites and applications and debugging software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for enterprise software applications and tools. Also, lead UAT and QA test efforts including managing the test plan, venues, test artifacts and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5-8years related web/QA experience

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript along with

  • Excellent communication skills to accurately report findings in an actionable way.

  • Familiar with Agile in web development

  • Experience with managing a multi-user multi-site content management system, using bug-tracking tools, and testing for accessibility are pluses.

  • Strong knowledge and experience of software quality assurance methodologies and processes

  • Proven software test skill set
