QC Tech - Food Scientist

The Quality Flavor Tech will support quality control initiatives and senior flavorists in a lab and manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Collect samples from in-line manufacturing and inspect machines Perform QC analysis on samples to for specification levels Utilize standard lab equipment including pipettes, beakers, GC, etc (will train on GC) Work with cross-functional teams and a variety of departments Requirements: · BS degree in food science or a scientific discipline required · Minimum 1 year experience in Quality role in food industry · Experience working in a GMP environment · Ideally prior flavor industry internship or work experience · Familiarity with standard lab equipment and knowledge of pipetting, volumes, mass, etc. · Excellent communication/organization skills · Ability to occasionally work a Saturday shift as required (in summer season can be up to 2x per month) Apply now!!!
