JOB TITLE: QSC Supply Quality Coordinator
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To handle supply quality deviations in a professional way and find solutions to resolve supply quality claim efficiently, interacting with IoS, Trading, Retail and DS organization to support the efforts in reducing overage, shortage and damages as well as improve packaging work.
ASSIGNMENTS:
•
Receive and handle all supply deviations from all IKEA receivers in the responsible region.
• Create deviation claims, analyze and identify the causing party to secure best interest of IKEA.
• Coordinate and ensure agreed actions are carried out systematically and properly.
• Communicate with causing parties for deviation prevention.
• Issue financial settlement of SQ claims.

Financially settlment
• Buyer claim handling time
• Other SQ related KPIs
KNOWLEDGE:
•
Knowledge in shipping or insurance industry
• Knowledge of IKEA Supply Chain and Quality systems
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience
• A good level of computer literacy
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
