Qualified Executive Corporate Finance Director recruitment
Our client is a leading Corporate Broking house who focuses on the small to mid-cap market. An opportunity in the NOMAD space means that they now require a qualified Executive Corporate Finance Director to advise clients on IPO’s secondary fundraising, ad-hoc equity events and business development across the UK small to mid-cap space. Reporting to the CEO, you will co-head the Corporate Finance Team.
The firm currently has circa 20 retained NOMAD clients and a Corporate Finance team of 8 people. The firm also has a recognized Equity Research function who cover a number of sectors and stocks. This is a key role within the organisation and will provide significant career opportunities to the right candidate.
Candidates for the role will have Qualified Executive status and be currently working at Director level. Experience of working in and leading small teams would be advantageous, as would a track record of contributing to business success.
