EPC was founded in 1994 with 4 injection molding presses.
The company has grown since to over 200 injection molding machines
ranging from 30 to 3300 tons and twelve manufacturing facilities.
EPC’s footprints are currently in Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky,
Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Mexico.
Our Mission: To design, engineer and manufacture world-class
thermoplastic products utilizing innovative design and engineering
coupled with effective program management to ensure that
customer goals, expectations and product objectives are met.
The Osceola, Wisconsin facility currently holds (3) ISO
certifications, “13485, T/S 16949, and 9001:2008”.
Our primary customers are medical companies, but we service
the automotive and consumer goods industries as well.
We have experienced steady growth and look to hire
candidates who will contribute key skills to our team.
QUALITY ANALYST
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
· 2-3 years Quality Assurance Data Analysis
· Microsoft Office Suite, Access, Minitab, JMP, SPC software knowledge
· Strong Internal Customer Communication Skills
· Strong Independent Team Building Work Ethic
More Qualified:
· Master’s Degree
· Health or Medical Device Related Work History
· ISO 13485:2003 Experience
· Supplier Selection and Control Experience
· CMM Operation Programming
· G DT and IQ/OQ/PQ Utilization
· Use of Six Sigma Techniques
